Short drop window problem

Hi
The rear window short drop before the opening of the door has stop working. Anybody else experienced this problem and if so is there an easy fix.

Hi,
Although I haven’t faced this problem, I saw that it was a setting that could be adjusted using OBD-II device (OBDeleven.com) - I’ve been using their device for a while and it opens a lot of customization possibilities for the Arteon.
